This Cookie Notice explains how Capture Share Celebrate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at capturesharecelebrate.com. This notice should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Cookies
We take a minimal approach to cookies. We only use strictly necessary cookies that are essential for the Platform to function. We do not use any advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies.

4. Browser Storage
In addition to cookies, we store a small amount of data in your browser’s session storage (cleared automatically when you close the tab) and local storage (kept on this device until you clear it). This data stays in your browser. It is used only to make the Platform work the way you left it, never for analytics or advertising:

5. Third-Party Cookies
When you interact with certain third-party services through our Platform, those providers may set their own cookies:
- Stripe (Payment Processing). When you proceed to checkout, you are redirected to Stripe’s hosted payment page. Stripe may set cookies for fraud detection and payment processing. These cookies are governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Google (OAuth Sign-In). If you sign in with Google, Google may set cookies during the authentication flow. These are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
We do not control these third-party cookies and recommend reviewing the respective privacy policies linked above.
6. Cookies We Do Not Use
For transparency, we want to confirm that we do not use:
- Analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar)
- Advertising or retargeting cookies (e.g., Facebook Pixel, Google Ads)
- Social media tracking cookies
- Preference or personalization cookies. Your light or dark appearance choice is kept in your browser’s local storage (see Section 4), not in a cookie, and is never sent to our servers
7. Managing Cookies
Since we only use strictly necessary cookies, disabling them may prevent the Platform from functioning properly (e.g., you will be unable to sign in). However, you can manage cookies through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies
8. Why We Don’t Show a Cookie Consent Banner
Because we only use strictly necessary cookies that are essential for the Platform to operate, a cookie consent banner is not required under the CCPA or most privacy regulations. Strictly necessary cookies are exempt from consent requirements because the Platform cannot function without them. If we ever add non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising), we will implement a consent mechanism before doing so.
9. Changes to This Cookie Notice
We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.
